Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were larger with a slightly bigger bed in the morning, they did tend to get really hot. The staff was really friendly and helpful, going out of their way to provide separate cooking. The location was convenient, close to the train station and filled with good restaurants. The dining was fabulous with plenty of fresh choices, and the bread was wonderful.
The hotel is situated in a convenient location near the city center, making it easy to explore Copenhagen. The rooms are a bit run-down overall, but the nicely remodeled bathrooms stand out. The service was excellent, with a very welcoming and helpful staff. The dining options were decent, offering a variety of breakfast choices. The price was reasonable for the value received.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, facing the inner courtyard, providing a peaceful environment. The service was excellent, with the staff being super friendly and helpful. The location, although a bit far from some attractions, was still convenient with good breakfast options. The dining experience was good but could offer more variety. Overall, a comfortable and friendly hotel.
The hotel had a nice touch of old Copenhagen charm and served a great breakfast. However, the view from the room wasn't appealing, overlooking a dumping yard and delivery entrance causing early morning disturbance. The room itself was comfortable but quite small and modest, lacking some amenities like a fridge and showing signs of wear with stains on the carpet.
I stayed at this hotel and found the rooms to be quite narrow but really comfortable, except for having socks on. The service was excellent with a very hospitality mindset and the staff were nice, supportive, friendly, and helpful. The location was great, within walking distance to the central station, city center, and Tivoli Gardens. The dining options were fantastic with lots of choices. Facilities were nice with nothing fancy but nutritious and plentiful.
The hotel was cozy and very clean, with rooms generally small as is common in Copenhagen hotels. While the narrow corridors may give a claustrophobic feel, the great location near Tivoli and walkable sites makes up for it. The service was fantastic overall, but an incident with changed door locks caused inconvenience. The dining experience was adequate, with some room for improvement in room interiors. The facilities were satisfactory with a pleasant breakfast room.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Central Station, making it easily accessible for exploring the city. The rooms, although clean and tidy, lack privacy due to the courtyard view, but they are quiet and suitable for a morning stay. The service was notably friendly and helpful. However, the dining options were overpriced and limited in choice. The location is great for walking to nearby attractions and has some convenient amenities like umbrellas available at the entrance.
The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-10-minute walk from the main train station, making it great for exploring the city on foot. The rooms felt a bit cramped and dark but were surprisingly bigger than expected, with nice amenities. The service was excellent, with a professional and friendly staff. The dining options were modest but sufficient. Overall, it's a good choice for those looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Copenhagen.
